Growth Story
Leveraging over three decades of experience in the healthcare industry, we identified a critical gap in the availability of disposable medical supplies in Northeast India. Drawing on our extensive background in diverse businesses and 33 years of expertise as distributors of medical products, we ventured into the manufacturing sector. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we proudly became one of the region’s first manufacturers of medical disposable products, launching our brand "LIFEJAB" to address the urgent needs of the global healthcare industry.
Infrastructure and Technology
Haleness Disposable Products (HDP) stands as the pioneering manufacturing unit for disposable medical syringes and needles in Northeast India. Our facility, equipped with cutting-edge engineering and design technologies sourced from Korea, is tailored to produce both innovative and existing products, including non-reusable syringes. The plant features a Class 10,000 clean room and advanced labs designed to minimize cross-contamination and infection risks.

Operating 310 days a year, our facility boasts high-speed assembly and packaging lines, enabling the production of over 200 million syringes annually. Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks through online digital vision inspection systems, ensuring consistent excellence in mass production. These automated checks are supplemented by the expertise of our skilled workforce, guaranteeing superior quality.

Haleness Disposable Products (HDP) is one of the few companies in India with a fully vertically integrated manufacturing process, allowing us to produce cannulas, needles, syringes, and I.V. cannulas without relying on imported raw materials.
